It is though by some people that time has decreased because of technology development , however other people think it actually increased crime. In my opinion, because of technology crime has increased.
On the one hand, technology made our life so much easier that it provides privacy but some people can not protect their personal information then crime increase. Although, many believe that technology development decreases crime that is not the case in this modern world , there is so many people who take advantage of technology to make money in a wrong way. Because of technology the number of crime has increased such as stalker, cybersecurity violation, stealing, bullying etc.
On the other hand, technology does decrease a decent amount of crime as an example people feel safe because of technology. If someone feel they are not safe they can call police in a minute through technology. Also not to mention there is bunch of benefits that technology provides such as it gives you a sense of protection. That is why technology development declined a few crimes but increased even more crime. Also the recent survey showed that the number of crimes has increased in this decades significantly by 50%, which is concerning. Anyone in the world can now easily get someone private information by internet, which encourages crime.
