In many cities, planners tend to arrange shops, schools, offices and homes in specific areas and separate them from each other where most of the people can easily access everything and they can also stay out from noise and disturbance. Although this situation has some demerits, I think the advantages of this phenomenon outweigh the disadvantages it is more easy to fulfill our need and elevate economic growth.
On the one hand, keeping schools away from this residentials reduces traffic and noise near children. And it is also very safety to them. Likely, those who stay at homes can live in safety. We can access anything easily from shops in this way. The staffs those who works in offices can also keep a good distance from the noisy places and they can concentrate on their work.
On the other hand, despite the advantages above, there are some dis-advancements too because when a member of that area need some books and some vegetables he has to go separately. And for this situation it creates time management problem. Those who works in offices has to go to pickup their students and the have to go through the intense traffic and noisy places.
In conclusion, I think the benefits of arranging the residentials in specific areas and separate them from each other outweigh than the minor drawbacks.

Although there have some drawbacks, i think the benefits of this phenomenon outweigh the disadvantages because it is more convenient to save time and less hassle life.
The planners have this philosophy that arrange shops, schools and offices in a particular areas. Because, it save individual times and help them to give more time to their family. If people do there job in a areas which have the facilities of shopping and living house, they can easily buy there family requirements in their free time of there work. On the other hand, despite the advantages above, there have some drawbacks. Increase travel cost is one of the disadvantage. Because, people have to go different places to complete their requirements. As a result, they have to to take vehicles or buying fossil fuel for going in their places e.x shopping or office etc. Another consecutive reason is they have to take extra time in their regular routine. As a consequences, they can not complete there sleep or giving times on family.
To sum up, I think that the trend of arrange school, home offices and shops in specific areas and make separate the from each other could bring quantity of amenities, however, the drawbacks increase travel cost and arrange extra times ought to be counted.
Nowadays, the number of urban areas planners want to distinct the shops, school, offices and home in different areas as well as specific places. From my perspective, I strongly believe that maker should organize above this thing in a specifics place which will be better for everyone. Because, it save time and reduce stress and also accident.
On the one hand, why I think it is good and convenient and save money because if planners arrange the shops, schools offices and home in one place which can save our time and money. If anyone finished the school that time they may feel disturb and they can not go home in timey. As a result, it takes more time to move in home. Another key reason is that traveling in different place which also occur accident. For instance, whenever community visit one to another place that time many accident happed suddenly because of traffic jam, excessive use of car and so on. Therefore, organizing in one place which more better than separate places.
Despite all positive aspects, there has some disadvantages to moving all schools, offices and home in distinct place, such as less interest, feeling tired, need more money. However, when office and home located in different cities that time people need more money for transportations. As a consequence, community have to make money which is impossible for some people who are needy. Moreover, going one to another place which also make pupils mind disturb and anxiety. For example, if a person going buy dress or other household thing that they think it is far from my house they can not go because of less interest or anxiety.
In conclusion, arraging all think in same place which is convenient for all, while separeting different place is can be dangerous

Although this establishment has some drawbacks , from my perspectives, the benefits of this phenomenon outweigh the negative aspects because it is more convenient for exchanging the location and place for public facilities .
There are several drawbacks of replacing the location of them .It will be far distance both of them ;homes from offices and they have to face different issues like they delay to go delay for traffic jam ,however, they can be able to there and saving time and use these time to learn other skills . Another key considerable reason is their transportation cost will increase for distance. They will provide more money to driver which is cos effective before separating shops and offices.
On the other hand , despite of the disadvantages above discussion , I believe that the changing areas separately have made it easier for local people to stay peaceful place and more focus on the goal.

If planners separate them, people might suffer from product unavailability because of distance. When they need to go shops for emergency but they should go different areas for shopping and maybe suffer from transportation issues. In addition, when office and home located in different areas that time people maybe need more time to reach in their destination. For example, a student who live far away from school might late to reach school for distance and travel issues.

On the one hand ,there are drawback for the people who are like to access those facilitated buildings really quickly . if all the buildings are separated from each others its lead peoples to get confused where to go, when any kind of emergency occurred . Because of this plan the traffic system will get fully disturbed . In addition the rent of those building will be increased hence , the planners are ought to build the accommodation building just in one specific area.
