Many cities are designed in a specific pattern where Commercial, Residential and Schools are build in a designated areas. This trend outweigh advantages over disadvantages. In the paragraphs, I will explain my reasons for this belief.
On the one hand, the local municipal councils have market different areas for variant sectors by keeping further development in mind for the cities. In many locations around the world, local authorities prefer schools next to the residential areas, which is convenient for parents to drop-off or pickup. Moreover, many middle grade individuals can walk every morning to their school. Although, many offices and shops are generally constructed away from residential areas as it attract traffic and cause accidental hazard.
On the other hand, many argues that people have right to build their offices or shops according to their convenience as they paying property tax every year. Even though, some people does not like the planning of the city but they have to follow guidelines. There is one big disadvantage, that old people face day-to day life is they have to travel long distance to their work or to buy groceries. They avoid driving because their eyesight is getting weak. Moreover, local authorities should build convenience shops in a residential areas where they can accommodate young kids and old members of the society of their daily needs.
To conclude,
At present, organization community intend to manage shops, schools, offices, and homes in distinct areas in many cities. Although this situation has some drawbacks, I think the advantages of this phenomenon outweigh the demerits because it is more convenient for commuters and lack of distraction.
One of the major drawbacks of this decision is that time lose, if the office and school stays in distinct places, it is very hard for parents to go office and drop their children at school because of long distance. Moreover, there is another negative impact is that tough to find necessary things easily. Actually if the medicine shops stays far from people’s home , it become challenging for them to get medical services easily.
On the other hand, despite the disadvantages above, there is one crucial merits of this arrangement is that more convenient for commuters. People can find easily their desire things in different sectors of the town. For instance, if a person wants to purchase clothes he can go the shopping area without any problem. Furthermore, the another facilities is that lack of distraction. Since every things are separate from each other, people do not have to face noise in hospitals since it stays far away from noisy place like bazar. In addition, school goer students can rapidly reach their schools because, they do not have to face traffic problems since schools are in different place from shopping malls which nearby roads always stay busy.
To sum up, though there are few disadvantages of this arrangement by planners. I think that the benefits of this decision such as lack of distraction and more convenient for commuters outweigh the drawbacks.

One of the major drawback of this decision is that have all the facilities at hand. If schools and office stays in same area, it is very easy to drop there schools. they can smartly handle that and good for all working family. For instance, some family not available many people , one can handle that they can should relief for that. Another momentous cause of that to mush time loss from there how are very busy to working and maintain his family.
