It is considered that intelligence is one of the most crucial qualities to become a leader. From my perspective, I totally disagree with this statement. Because, a leader must need to have better communication skills and a good character.
Firstly, why a leader needed a good communication skill. Because, a leader needed to control numerous individual which are controlled by himself as well as sometimes leader needed to give speech in the front of people for motivate them. As a consequence, if leader not well to make conversation to others, it will be impact on groups which conducted by himself to make something well. For instance, one of my friends who are captain of our university department, he have good knowledge to be a leader. But, he cannot proper make conversation with others. As a result, almost 90% pupils not agree to make him captain again in the next year.
Additionally, a good character also needed by a leader. Because it is often see that some leaders are addicted or supply drugs, alcohol or staff like this kind of bad things to society, which make other people to intend with addiction of drugs. As a result, it increases dramatically drug addiction in society. For example, TDD which are one of the most famous party in India politics, this leader was one of the biggest drug supplier in Ahmedabad. As a result, almost 12% of people from this city are connected with drug. Then, India government decided to band this party permanently from this nation.
In a nutshell, although intelligence is important for a good leader, however, also better communication and good character are also needed to control of a party. That is why I briefly disagree by given statement.

From my perspective view , I partly agree with this statement because a leader should also have many other important things such as Communication skills, Honesty , determinant , self control, and also a futuristic visionary .
First and for most ,A leader is someone who is willing to do every possible thing for his subordinates. This is because a leader who is not a good problem solver is often drain in a critical situation . As a result a strong determine and a very highly intelligent person would be a suitable candidate to take a responsibility as leader .For instance , In our historical books, there are lots of legend’s auto biography’s where we can find that the grate leader’s are very much tactic in there execution at any kind of stressful situations . So the intensive critical thinking is a must for a leader for that intelligence is highly required.
Moreover, Just to have intelligence are not enough to be a good leader . A man who is intelligent but do not have moral and ethical value’s are curse for a society. A particular leader should have different types of qualities such as honesty, innovative, brave , a good problem solver , a good advisor also a a futuristic visionary . Those soft skills are actually a necessity to occur a persons leadership qualities. It is widely believed that as a leader, intelligence is crucial. From my point of view, I partly agree with that view because as a leader, there has plenty thing to have such as language skill, honestly which is crucial for everyone.
First of all, when anyone want to be company director that time they need to be honest person. all known that honest is the best policy, is any one is honest, they can run this business or company very nice and clearly. As a CEO, dishonest person can not play this role , he or she will missuse this position. For example, when a company advertise or need for new employee that time company director have chance to cheat with other employee by some personal issues. As a result, when company need new worker they arrage the interview and by this interview they will confirm a new employee but if leader want to change his mind and give that chance to his or her relatives or friend, that call cheating or dishonest.
Secondly, why I am disagree with this point; despite, intelligence is important but community skill, understanding ability also more significent. There are various reason, why can say that it is more beneficial rather than other qualities in people’s life. Because without having intelligent one ‘s can not control their groups . Even though, general people could not obey his rules, they can come across arguments saying anything specially the leader’s ability. without unique idea as a leader people is not possible to handle due to the variety of public .For instance, If any prefer to enhance his industry they must be the capability of management using his better idea .
